PPATEC does not provide on-campus student housing. If you plan to enroll in our 10-week HVAC & Energy Professional Program we can assist you in finding affordable housing close to our Middletown, PA facility. Our school coordinates with local hotel partners, rental houses, and additional options for our students to find the best possible fit for their needs. Please contact PPATEC if you would like to discuss housing options.
Please note that off-campus residences are designated as “independent student housing.” This designation means that PPATEC does not approve or directly recommend these residences. Our staff instead acts as a referral agency to assist students. They do not serve as the agent for the approval, inspection, or enforcement of leases, nor assumes responsibility for the condition of any of the premises.
