Classes are offered Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM during the week. No classes are scheduled on the weekends. No classes on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA) represents 400+ companies within the HVAC and energy industry from all parts of the state. Many of our members are actively looking for motivated individuals to join their company. The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center (PPATEC) was built and paid for by our membership to expand workforce development with our industry. Graduates of the 10-Week HVAC & Energy Professional Program will have the advantage of utilizing the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association employer network to find an opportunity that best fits within their needs.
Our trade association represents hundreds of reputable employers across the state. PPATEC directly connects our attendees with our employer network to encourage job placement.

Our original facility was constructed in 2011 and has since been one of the premier hands-on training facilities in the area. In 2020 PPATEC went through a significant expansion to add more hands-on space for air conditioning, propane, natural gas, and electrical units.
