PPATEC: PEP Learning Center Authorization Form

This form will authorize PERC to grant PPATEC the ability to access your company and employee records in the Learning Center. Providing PPATEC access will offer the following benefits:

• Our staff will be able to apply actions for completed PEP modules in real time when attending PPATEC classes.
• PPATEC will be able to assist member companies to manage their Learning Center account (if requested)
• PPATEC will be able to access training data to help plan future propane trainings for the industry
