This 650 sq ft space was originally constructed in 2011 and has since been one of the premier hands-on training lab’s for oilheat equipment within the Northeast. Our original lab space hosts 12+ live-fire heating and cooling units.
In 2020 PPATEC added 900+ sq feet of additional lab to offer expanded training solutions for propane, natural gas, electrical units. This new lab space features 15+ live-fire HVAC systems and training simulators.
A part of the PPATEC expansion project included moving the downstairs classroom to a new expanded area in the upstairs portion of the PPA building. The new classroom space features increased visual capabilities for attendees.
