Our Instructor: Scott Fabel has over 25 years of diversified work experience, which includes a heavy emphasis on corporate training and service delivery. Courses include Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL, Service Desk, and ServiceNow (Fundamentals, ITSM, PPM, and System Administration Advanced). He currently works as a Sr. Training Consultant. In this role, he provides technical-skills training, business-skills training, and professional-skills training to his employer’s associates and clients.

Scott specializes in multilingual projects and engagements in English, French, and Russian.

Licenses and certifications: PMI – Authorized Training Partner Instructor; ServiceNow – ServiceNow Certified Trainer; Axelos: ITIL Expert; International Institute of Business Analysis – Certifieed Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
