Carbon Monoxide has no odor, no taste, and is invisible.    It is the leading cause of poisoning death in the United States.   Educating your staff and customers should be a priority for all HVAC companies.

Attendees will learn the following:

Impact on low level CO poisoning

How to explain the difference between CO monitors and detectors

How to sell CO monitors and best practice install methods.

Who should attend: PM Technician, Service Technician, Service Managers, Install, Sales, Office Staff

Our Instructors: Eric Kinsey has been in the HVAC and Plumbing industry since 1982. Eric has worked for leading contractors in the Central PA region. His background includes plumbing install & service and HVAC service. Eric is a master plumber in the state of Pennsylvania. He has a passion for carbon monoxide and educating people on the importance of understanding CO. He also has a strong knowledge of water treatment install and service. Eric brings previous Plumbing and HVAC instructor experience from teaching at Haller Enterprises as an instructor and Service Manager.
