Carl Ippoliti – People would say Carl is intense, proactive, and aggressive in driving to reach goals. While broadly focused, Carl’s attention is on the team and what goals they want to achieve. Carl has worked in HVAC for 50 years: 32 years for Peirce Phelps Inc., currently as Directory Carrier/Bryant Residential Sales/Marketing; Peirce Phelps Inc. from credit, plan & spec, Territory Manager and Dealer Development; and 20 years in a family heating, air conditioning, and oil business.
